What exists on startups.sgit.ai, by domain, kept current by whoever ships. The rule, from the Send repository's Librarian by way of Every sgit repository: a feature that is not in this file does not exist, and nobody may say a thing works because a brief describes it. A row changes in the same commit as the thing it describes. Rendered at /admin/reality.html.
