# What exists

What exists on startups.sgit.ai, by domain, kept current by whoever ships. The rule, from the Send repository's Librarian by way of [Every sgit repository](https://sgit.ai/docs/guidance/repositories.html): a feature that is not in this file does not exist, and nobody may say a thing works because a brief describes it. A row changes in the same commit as the thing it describes. Rendered at `/admin/reality.html`.

Last changed: 2026-10-20, site v0.1.1.

| Domain | Exists | Does not exist yet |
|---|---|---|
| **The site** | Every page written by `admin/build/build.py` from `admin/content/`; a `.md` twin per page converted from the same HTML; `llms.txt`, `sitemap.xml`, `robots.txt`, `404.html`; the five themes of newsroom.sgit.ai; the nav and footer injected at build. | Search. A newsletter. Any page not in the sitemap. |
| **The finder: data** | `admin/content/finder/finder.json` v0.1.0: 7 stages, 24 questions, 12 signals, 6 routes, 8 rules, first match wins; copied to `finder/finder.json` by the build. `admin/build/test_finder.mjs` proves the ids resolve and sample answers land on their routes. | The finder as a drawn graph (librarian, issue 001). Any question tested in a real interview. |
| **The finder: for a model** | `finder/finder-prompt.md`, the prompt to paste into Claude or ChatGPT, with the two modes (interview; documents first); `finder/finder-record.md`, the record template. | A published example record. Dinis's own interview (interviewer, issue 001). |
| **The finder: in the browser** | `finder/interview.html`: the `sg-finder` component walks the stages from `finder.json`, keeps answers in `localStorage` (`startups.finder.v1`) only, applies the rules through `finder/finder-rules.js`, and writes the record as markdown to copy or save. Nothing is sent anywhere. `admin/build/test_interview.mjs` walks it in Chromium: seven stages, the route by rule, the record, the answers kept across a reload. | A conversation: the page asks the questions as written and does not follow up. The storyboard version (journalist, issue 001). A programmatic version beyond the rules. |
| **Build on vaults** | `vaults/index.html`: the section moved from sgit.ai/startups/index.html at site v0.7.87, 20 October 2026, with the operating model, the day-one table, the loop, what a founder still brings, and the evidence. | The notice on sgit.ai's old page pointing here (librarian, issue 002, blocked on sgit.ai's team). |
| **Business plans** | `plans/index.html` from `admin/content/plans.json`: the 8 plans published as vaults on sgit.ai as of 20 October 2026, each with its link; how to take one; what every plan contains. | A plan written on this site. The plans' text, which lives in their vaults on sgit.ai and is linked, not copied. |
| **Articles and decisions** | 1 co-written article in Dinis's voice; 1 agent article by the engineer; 3 decisions from the memo; the brief verbatim and the initial prompt. | A second article. Any decision not in the memo. |
| **The team** | 4 roles (journalist, interviewer, librarian, engineer), `role.md` each, 7 issues open, 1 blocked, 1 done; `team/ISSUES.md`. | A session that has run as a role. A debrief. The board as a page beyond the role pages. |
| **The vault** | Nothing. `vault/index.html` says what a vault would hold and why none is needed yet. | A working vault; a read key on the vault page. |
| **The review folder** | `review/intent/` (stories, flows, components, deploy) from the brief; `review/graph/files.json` and `surfaces.json` derived by `review/tools/derive.py`; `review/join/matches.json` and `gaps.json` with the coverage figure; `review/README.md`; `review/index.html` written by the build. The gate fails if `files.json` is older than the tree. | The navigator as web components (engineer, issue 001). Methods, classes and change files. `review/self/` beyond a README. |
| **The gate** | `admin/build/validate.js`: version agreement, internal links and orphans, twins and `llms.txt`, canonical and og:url, no external script, stylesheet or image, the key tripwire, div balance, em-dashes in content, the sitemap both ways, the finder's data, the review folder's freshness, parse checks on every script. Run in CI before the tag. | A linter or a formatter, as on every sibling site. |
| **Release and deploy** | `admin/build/release.py`: fetch, bump, build, validate, test, tripwire on the staged diff, commit `site vX.Y.Z: ...`, push, poll the live site. `.github/workflows/deploy-pages.yml`: validate, tag, deploy from `dev`. Dinis created `dev` and wired GitHub Pages and the domain on 20 October 2026. Verified live at v0.1.0 on 20 October 2026: the first push to `dev` ran validate, test, tag (`v0.1.0` on the release commit) and deploy, and https://startups.sgit.ai/ served the version 54 seconds after the push. v0.1.1 is the first release made by `release.py` itself, live poll included. | A second person's push, to see the pipeline refuse a wrong version. |
| **Credentials** | `admin/credentials/` ignored by git, its README kept; the tripwire in the gate and in the release script. | Any credential; the directory is empty. |
| **Licences and disclosure** | `LICENSE` (Apache 2.0), `LICENSES.md`, `about/participant.html`. | The honest column row on nfrs.sgit.ai (engineer, issue 002). |

Rendered from `REALITY.md` at the repository root; the file is the source.
